The monthly fee is still 1.5 million. If you want to add housekeeping; add another 1.5juta/month.
So monthly fee 1.5 million + housekeeping 1.5 million = 3 million / month
Housekeeping is not mandatory, but the 1.5 million/month is mandatory for pool, garden, garbage, wifi
